I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I waited longer than expected, with the last being an hour and a half. What’s worse, I had a horrible reaction to a prescribed drug, and was told the doctor wouldn’t call, that I just had to come in to be seen. I decided that after the first two unnecessarily drawn out appointments, driving an hour to get there, that I won’t be returning.
I had an appointment for a routine eye exam last September. Everything went well and I had a good experience with all employees. When I came back to pick up my eye glasses, I couldn’t see out of them. Something just wasn’t right. I was told to try them for a week or so while my eyes adjusted and I thought, okay that’s fair. I had the best check up and service through Dr. Dalton‘s office using Dr. Cook that I have ever had and I’ve been seeing eye doctors since I was four. The doctor was great. He was very thorough very professional. I felt good when I left his office. The optician could not have been better. She knew what she was doing. She was great at helping me pick out a frames. 5 years, at least once a year exam, multiple strokes later.... still say Dalton Family Eyecare in Cleveland is amazing!! They are always so kind, from the front office staff to the medical staff and doctors! I have some rather complex vision issues and the doctors keep a close eye on them, always keeping me informed about what's going on... I started this journey with Dr Dalton, and was a bit nervous about seeing Dr Kuck, but he has been just as wonderful as Dr Dalton!!
