I had a horrible experience. New employee ordered my glasses incorrectly. I couldn’t see out of them so I couldn’t wear them. They wanted me to pay more money to supposedly get the correct lenses. They wouldn’t order until I paid the difference up front. I finally just got my money back. Dr. Kuck seemed like a good doctor. He gave me a thorough exam. He seemed a little strange though.
RecommendedThe staff was very friendly and helpful with a great since of humor. Dr. Cook seemed to be very thorough and carrying. My glasses will not be ready for a couple of weeks, so once I get them and my wife is still beautiful this review remains, but if not all bets are off.

I took my daughter to Dr. Dalton because she was having headaches and wanted to make sure she didn't have an issue. He was so informative, kind, and patient. Turns out she needed glasses and that her vision was causing the headaches. Not only did they work within our budget, but they had her glasses ready the next day so she had them just before school started. We are very grateful for thier kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much Dr. Dalton and staff!!!
I recieved awesome care with Dr. Dalton! I have complicated vision problems and Dr. Dalton is the first Optometrist who was able to figure out how to improve my vision. He is very knowledgeable and uses new equipment/ technology. In addition to all that he is very patient, kind and caring. Very friendly and helful staff! I highly recommend!
I was on a Motorcycle Trip to Helen GA on May 28th when an object flew inside my helmet and struck my left eye. After a few hours of pain and trying to flush my eye out, I googled an eye Dr. in Cleveland GA. I called Dalton Family EyeCare and they agreed to see me immediatley. NOTE: (They were closing in 30 min). Dr. Dalton was able to remove a small thorn from the soft tissue in my eye. I cannot say enough about the Staff and Dr. Dalton for how they treated me and for a follow up call the next day to ensure I was OK. ***5 S... read more
