The owner is incredibly rude as well as the installers. I don't want to waste any more energy on this other than to let you know the owner has a bully mentality and I am certain his installers are following his lead.
We have used Jim to carpet two of our own homes and use him exclusively for our rental home. His prices are fair and he is soooo patient (I can be a bit indecisive). The crews he uses to install do great work and he stands behind everything he does. You won't be disapointed.
