Great Carpet Greg Ward was a very informed salesman. He assessed what we needed and we were done picking out the carpet in 5 minutes. He brought the samples to the house and you get to see it in your own home before you pick out the carpet. Installation was quick and done in one day. They even moved all the furniture and put it back.
Very rude and unprofessional behavior! Greg was recommended by a neighbor, and arrived on time. But when I mentioned that another carpet professional's measurement of my carpet was more than 200 sq ft less than his, and showed him the layout diagram he became personally offended, started loudly speaking saying that the other guy was wrong and so was I then called me a jerk and said we were done. I've never seen such rude and unprofessional behavior before and this unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.
I highly recommend Greg with Dalton Carpet. He was referred to me by a friend and I was told he was the most reasonably priced in the area. That was accurate. He was very professional, diligent, and timely. He made the selection process smooth and easy by bringing samples to the initial walk through at my new house.
