I drove down to this store from Alpharetta. Walked around for about 20 minutes while two ladies interacted with customers. When one freed up, I expected to eventually be greeted/helped. That didn’t happen. Finally I walk to the counter and asked if they operate by appointment only. She said yes, and advised that I could schedule an appointment for a weekday. I stood there a second. Nothing. I said thank you, and she told me to have a good day. They were not interested in my business, at all.
Please be advised, that the Showroom closes at 2pm on Saturdays. Also, there is a better opportunity to see the selection with an appointment during the weekdays...
The driver delivering Granite to the shop today went through a back door that says employees only and let my ESA cat outside. She hadn't ever been outside and is a registered emotional support animal. Can he not read? Does this guy think it's OK to ignore our company rules? It's never ok to other people pets outside without permission. If he would have followed our rules he wouldn't have let my cat outside. Ignorance is not bliss.
