I purchased some Daltile from a reseller and I made a mistake and selected wrong tile. Daltile by policy doesn't interact with customers only approved resellers and contactors. Venessa listened to my situation and after speaking with reseller allowed me to bring tile in and swap. She saved me and my home project. She made this bad situation so much better. I want forget Daltile.
I am not sure what time they start receiving but I arrived at 0530 and they were unloading. Quick off loading.
Fui a cargar,hasta ahorita no puedo opinar mal,pues ningún guardia ni en el área de despacho,se an portado prepotentes..ni el k9 ... Todos tienen buen trato con con el visitante y con las líneas de tráilers.
