Nice and friendly staff quick unloading
When couldn’t find trim tile that worked with my selected bathroom tile, the ladies at Daltile were able to find something on their showroom which ended up working out very well! Gracie was also a pleasure to work with! My only suggestion would be that you should call to see if your tile is in, because I was not notified when mine came in a day early. I would definitely use Daltile again!
I purchased some Daltile from a reseller and I made a mistake and selected wrong tile. Daltile by policy doesn't interact with customers only approved resellers and contactors. Venessa listened to my situation and after speaking with reseller allowed me to bring tile in and swap. She saved me and my home project. She made this bad situation so much better. I want forget Daltile.
I am not sure what time they start receiving but I arrived at 0530 and they were unloading. Quick off loading.
