Been here several times, have NEVER had a good experience with any employees in person or on the phone. They have a lot of tile and have been around for quite a while, so I always seem to give them a chance, but no more. There’s so extremely unhelpful and arrogant. I wish we had read the Google reviews before we came in. We had exactly the same experience as several of the other one star reviews: Extremely unfriendly staff, with an absolute attitude of arrogance, looking down their nose at us. We were also looking for direction (as one of the other reviewers) and she immediately asked what our budget was.
