Terrible customer service. Last couple times I went in I was waiting almost an hour for someone to help me and no one showed. After I left, I called to see when I can go back to get help and no one answered.

According to a client, this particular facility is located at the corner of N ARFYLE AVENUE and CLINTON AVENUE. As such, what makes this facility tricky for deliveries with 53’ dry van trailers, is the approach to the dock door area. If you’re using Google Maps, Google Maps will instruct you to turn on CLINTON AVENUE from N CLOVIS AVENUE, which is forbidden by a large street that states, “TRUCKS USE SHIELDS AVENUE”.
