Walked into store, looked around for 15min, until approached by an associate, told her we were looking for kitchen countertops, she said go look in the warehouse, and If I find something come back and let her know.... No help at all, will never go back to the store, nor will I refer anybody to go here....
I purchased my countertops through Daltile Fresno, and I had a great experience. Monica went above and beyond to source enough material for my project and made sure everything went smoothly. She was diligent, patient, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I really appreciate her effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Went in to check about some info on a walk-in shower floor leveling on a subfloor. The salesperson I talked to didn't seem to know about leveling the floor. He told me I needed to remove the subfloor and rebuild it to level. When I could just use floor leveler.
