Great customer service - wide selection of tile.
Michelle is rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She doesn't care, doesn't want to do her jobs. She turned my husband away x2 in person and on the phone. It seems like the company aware of her behavior based on the reviews here but nobody takes action. Obviously we will never come back here, terrible customers service!
I came here 3 times and every time I feel like Michelle could care less about me as a customer and my project. So unwelcoming and arrogant. Came here to read other reviews and the bad reviews are all about the ladies, in my case, Michelle in the showroom.
