Lavina is an oustanding sales representative at Dal Tile in South San Francisco. She is very responsive to urgent matters and orders, and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom as well :)

They don't answer their phone, LOL
On the order receipt says nothing about return policy! Dennis the manager won't take any returns, we were returning 2 unopened boxes, look at receipt, then he said they don't accept special orders and turns out most of the thing in the store appears to be special order since they don't have most of the items in stock. If that is your policy please print on receipt and let people know! Really bad customer service, never gonna use them again.
Leo it's the best he knows the system and the store like apro he is, also knows about the trade very helpful with all type of orders
