Wyatt at Daltile is wonderful!! The showroom is wonderful, clean, and organized. That said, this review is really for the exceptional customer serviced I received from Wyatt! He seems truly happy to help customers, which is a rare find these days. I've been to the showroom 2x and spoken with him on the phone 3x and each time he is consistently helpful, chipper, and kind. He never rolls his eyes or makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Give them a call and ask for Wyatt! He's the best.
Teri Appenzeller is a true professional who understands the complexity’s of color and design integration. My advice, if she asks if you need any help, definitely take her up on it! John T
I have visited the Tualatin location multiple times for the construction of our new home. The store is very clean and organized. The displays are amazing and extremely helpful. Plentiful selections available. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and have a wealth of knowledge. Teri is top notch.
