Nicole from Beaumont Daltile was professional, informative, personable and courteous while helping us find the right look for our home. This company is absolutely terrible. We ordered tile and coping for our pool in June and here it is almost December and it hasn't been delivered yet. They keep lying to us that it will be delivered any day and they keep delaying it. The thing is they have had it in stock since October and they simply haven't got off their collective asses and delivered it. If you are doing a pool project do not use them unless you want to take a year for your pool to be finished. When you call them they simply lie. What a terrible way to run... read more
