We had a great experience here. Easy parking, rang the doorbell and was greeted. The gentleman did have to step away to answer the phone a few times but we explored and found several tiles we were interested in for the bathroom walls. He showed us complimentary pieces for the shower floor and was super helpful. They also had a smaller section for counter tops and LVP which was helpful to see in person.
Online hours are wrong. Showed up an hour and a half prior to the closing time posted online. Saw a sign that said they close at 4 not 5 that day. We were still 30 min before closing, but Barbara was rude at the door and said they’re closed and wouldn’t let us in.
I was hoping the other reviews were not true, but the lady on the phone (I believe Jennifer) was extremely rude and condescending.
The lady working seemed pretty annoyed to have to let someone in despite the fact that it was still within working hours. I work 9-5, and they’re closed on weekends. I made a huge effort to get there before closing with enough time to just glance at things to see if it would be worth it to come back. She was condescending and completely disinterested. I’m pretty sure I was looking directly at the tile that I asked about and she told me she didn’t have it. It felt really weird and uncomfortable, not sure what her problem was.
I made the mistake of buying tiles from this place. First they sent emails that were confusing in dates, and said I could return them within 30 days. Then i bought the same tile again since I didn’t order enough the first time. They said the normal shipping is 1 week and with expedited shipping I could have them by the end of that week, which would be Friday.
