I was hoping the other reviews were not true, but the lady on the phone (I believe Jennifer) was extremely rude and condescending.
The lady working seemed pretty annoyed to have to let someone in despite the fact that it was still within working hours. I work 9-5, and they’re closed on weekends. I made a huge effort to get there before closing with enough time to just glance at things to see if it would be worth it to come back. She was condescending and completely disinterested. I’m pretty sure I was looking directly at the tile that I asked about and she told me she didn’t have it. It felt really weird and uncomfortable, not sure what her problem was.
I made the mistake of buying tiles from this place. First they sent emails that were confusing in dates, and said I could return them within 30 days. Then i bought the same tile again since I didn’t order enough the first time. They said the normal shipping is 1 week and with expedited shipping I could have them by the end of that week, which would be Friday. So I paid for the expedited shipping and since I asked for it, they made a note to possibly have it on Thursday. The tiles did not arrived until the next Tuesday which ... read more
Amazing showroom, with a huge selection of tile, stone, and mosaics. Staff is informed, and very helpful. You don't buy things here, but you can get your orders directed to your local fulfillment centers for your contractor to pick up.
