Daltile has a truly awesome staff and wide selection. This is a wholesaler....they do not sell to individuals, only businesses like contractors, handyperson, construction, etc. My trip was a waste as I am finding that pretty much no distributor can afford to carry the product I need from Marion Ceramics (or any product they offer). I couldn't even get the manufacturer on the phone. I'm working on repairing some tile floor (ahem wire cut pavers) in a 50 year old business...
