Walked in to pick up an order. I stood at the counter, waiting expectantly while the two people behind the counter glanced up at me, ignored me, and continued their personal (not professional) conversation. I waited, without interrupting, while they continued to talk for approximately 2 minutes. The man finally addressed me and brought my product out. The woman never acknowledged me. Prior to going in, I was considering placing an order for additional tile I need; after that experience I changed my mind.
People never approached me to see if I needed help. But once I asked some questions they got me what I needed and their pricing was good.
