I drove 30 minutes to pick up my tile. My tile installer had ordered it and I prepaid it over the phone two weeks ago. He buys a ton of tile from this location. I showed up to pick it up seven minutes after closing due to backed up traffic. There was more than one employee in the building and they would not help me. Totally non-negotiable. I will never buy tile from them again.
I called this tile store before I left. I wanted to know what they offer, I wanted to know many things, I asked the receptionist who answered the phone about 20 questions. Do you think it might be helpful when someone calls you to let them know that you don't sell to anyone but licensed contractors? The receptionist ignored me, Acted put out when she needed to help me.
