My experience wasn’t THAT bad. Only reason I didn’t catch an attitude was because I got food before arriving and they don’t make you use an porta potty like a dog. Arrived at 4:32pm and had an appt between 1pm-2am. We probably sat until 6:30. got docked but one of the lumpers came out and explained though our load is already packaged and sitting at the door but because a mega carrier came near his appt time that his boss wanted to load him first and he was the only one there. but he said if they send him some help they can g... read more
This place is a joke
I been here since 12 4.5 hours later and still was not loaded this is by far one of the worst shippers I have ever been to
Brokers are lying if they’re saying that the load is ready you can go now. I will check with the shipper that they can load you early. Don’t trust them if you have a appointment at 6:30 PM you should get out at 3 AM. Please bring your lunch dinner and breakfast with you. There are so stupid people add brokers already know about displaced that they’re loading you in the night. They will not gonna tell you just because they just want to cover their load. I hope I could give them a zero star.
They waste your all day please don’t come to picup here they don’t care what time you check in
