Dr. Ketan Dalsania. DPM I was refreal to you by Charles Roman my primary doctor. Your suppose to be a foot doctor and when your patients come in your assistants she does all the hard work while you do nothing. You don't even cut or trim my toenails when they need them done. And the tools are there by you. Every time I come there for a visit. You only check my foot to see what's wrong with it. I was referred to Dr. Dalsania by my primary physician for bunion pain on my left big toe. After being referred, a staff member from Dr. Dalsania's office called me right away to set up an appointment on 4/11/ 2025. My first visit was pleasant and so were the staff members. Dr. Dalsania was also very nice and pleasant. He was patient and clear with explaining and advising me on the best solutions for my situation. My primary sent this doctor a stat referral back in the beginning of December for my foot. I called a month later to get an update and the receptionist at this location said it was “still under review” and that “it would be given to the doctor ASAP”. Here we are 2 months later and the receptionist says the same thing. There is no sense of urgency or care here, so I’ve asked my primary to refer me elsewhere ……
