Yikes…really disappointed in their “quality” work and their inability to remain professional. Would not recommend.
My son and daughter in law recently purchased a home from them. The whole process was a nightmare. I’m a realtor in Arizona and familiar with the new build process. This house was already in process and framed. Some options were picked out by the previous buyers. This is a custom build. My son and daughter in law communicated with the builder their timeline. awful company to work with and incredible rude to their clients!!
Dalos and Stern were incredibly bad to work with to build a new house. Our builders lack of clear communication and inability to make informed/experienced calls to build something that matched the quality that was paid for was nonexistent. At one point, one of our builders started to yell and get in our faces for showing up at the property which both parties had previously agreed to.
