The entire experience is wonderful, from the staff you speak with to the doctors that assist you! I've been going to Dr. Thomas D'Alonzo for years and in the last two years, have started to see his daughter, Dr. Angela D'Alonzo. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly willing go the extra mile to help you and answer your questions. Both Dr. D'Alonzo's are patient, kind and explain every test they administer. Really amazing people and HIGHLY recommend !
Dr. D'Alonzo and office are always a pleasure. He exceeds expectations always. Very thorough exam and prescriptive lenses are the best I have ever received. He really takes the time to make sure you're at ease and comfortable with the exam. I highly recommend Dr. D'Alonzo!
Staff was friendly from entering through exam. Dr. D'Alonzo was thorough with the exam, explained what he was doing and why, and we never felt rushed through the appointment. There were a wide variety of frames to choose from, and if getting contacts he took the time to help you put them in, take out, and explained how to care for them. Made my daughter not nervous anymore about getting contact lenses, and my youngest daughter, 6, enjoyed her visit too.
