Please take my advice and RUN to another agency - you will save yourself thousands of dollars and stress that no amount of money can compensate for. I worked with Beth Nagy at Dalmon Property Management to rent my home. Worst experience EVER. I can’t believe that a business could be run so unprofessionally and unethically. Ms. Nagy executed a year-long lease with tenants for my property without my knowledge, consent or authorization. Worst experience in my life dealing with this company. I was unaware that a business could be ran so poorly until I had the poor misfortune of dealing with dalmon properties. I'd urge anyone looking to rent in the Marin county area to avoid giving these people your business.
