Have had this company over 2 times to do a fill on our above ground pool. The person who answers the phone has an attitude problem, no organized, and horrible communication. The delivery person was good
We recently worked with Dalmatian water and they are an absolute pleasure to work with all around. Dee was responsive and accommodating with scheduling requests. Their driver, Doug was also so kind and prompt. He was very experienced and knowledgeable as well and was a delight to work with. Dalmatian Water stands out as a family- owned business who takes pride in what they do and treat customers with the kindness and thoughtfulness you’d have for a friend. They’re the only ones we will work with from here on.
Horrible customer service. Lying & disrespectful employees. They Canceled our delivery and didn't even tell us! I called to find out what was going on and the woman who answered the phone first said truck was broken down. Then said I am too far away & they Canceledmy delivery[25 minutes from where trucks fill according to Google maps(too far?!)]. Came onto my private property while doing a delivery for someone else. Moved landscape rocks and drove over my lawn. Ended up tipping their truck over in the ditch and damaging more property. I'd stay away from this company
