I had an absolutely incredible experience at Dallva Motors. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and informative. I worked directly with Louis, and he was fast, efficient, and cooperative. When my lender wouldn't work with me, he was able to recommend another bank that actually gave me a better rate - all while being patient and supportive. I simply cannot recommend this dealership enough. They were professional and amazing from start to finish.
Bought a 2014 Mini Cooper from them a week ago, nothing less than a stellar experience. They had me in and out of their dealership in less than an hour, vehicle had a few issues but nothing beyond routine maintenance and to be expected with an 11yr old vehicle.
Great experience at Dallva Motors . Everyone was so helpful. Louis was fast & efficient and the paperwork was completed in 30 minutes or less. The guys took care of a couple of minor issues on the spot. I love my car & highly recommended this dealership.
I would give negative stars if I could! Awful, AWFUL experience here. Only go here if you want to be scammed for a car with lots of problems and a high price tag.
