I wouldn't trust anyone else. This is now our 4th time we used Dallison, as always, she worked hard for us. She knows the area better than anyone else. Dallison always invests a lot of time in the local community, so she understands better than anyone how important this or that detail is for selling or buying a house.

Dallison is the absolute best to work with! Her knowledge and expertise of the market cannot be beat. She made our move from Florida to the northern VA area as stress-free as possible and helped in navigating areas that we were not familiar with. She is, without a doubt, the person you want on your side when negotiating in this market. Dallison is the absolute best! She helped me find exactly the home I needed 4 1/2 years ago, and just helped me sell it for a great price! We had a really fast turnaround time to get it on the market, and no kidding, she helped me pull of from deciding to sell to closing in less than 2 months!
