Oh my God! I can not tell you how HAPPY & RELIEVED I am to have a car company like Dallas Auto 4 Less. They really do care about their customers. I was really in dire need of help and Dallas Auto 4 Less showed me what I really meant to them as a customer.
Dallasauto4less is the best place. I just finished paying my car off. yes, I own it. so happy to say that. there were a couple hard times, but they were understanding and friendly. I can go on about how great dallasauto4less is. I would definitely buy another car. thank you Dallasauto4less.
The next comment is a lie. They repossessed my car last night and I was 11 days late due to being really sick for 2 weeks that caused me to miss work and pay. I have always paid extra on my car note and was going to make 2 car notes this week as soon as my boss comes back to work and pays me. I did not ignore their texts I responded to every text they sent me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
One star wouldn't do justice. My contract shifted from multiple buyers prior to this company taking over. They state; "We continue having our customer's pay their original balance owed and would never increase any payments based on the verbiage written in our customer's previous contract." This information is incorrect! After filing with The State of Texas Consumer Affairs, DallasAutos4Less over charged me and never played by the rules-which were written in my original contract.
