Very rude. Don’t give address to these people
We used Chuck once before and he was great, but our recent experience was not the same as the first time. He missed his appointment, and blamed it on us for not reminding him the day before (we reminded him the night before instead of during the day). Very unprofessional. If you want to manage his calendar while also paying him to install wallpaper, go with Chuck.
