Caring and attentive staff. Great experience overall when dealing with not so great circumstances
I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. As soon as we decided on surgery for our dog, the animal ER he was at contacted them for emergency surgery. They called us within minutes, went over cost and time for surgery. We were there in an hour and he was getting treated. The doctor took time explaining everything and was so empathetic. He was in the hospital for 6 days and each day we got a call from the doctor with a report on how he was doing. When we picked him up they went over at home care and even offered a co... read more
It was wonderful. Staff was so nice and seemed to really care. Dr Lang was great and called after surgery and spoke to us a good while answering all our questions. Could not ask for any better. Ozzy is home and doing well.Thank you all!
Very thorough checking my dog. Didn’t want to rush into surgery but suggested alternative treatment, water therapy and acupuncture first
