Kenly, their receptionist, was extremely rude and hostile over the phone regarding transparency for costs of care.
The entire team at Dallas Veterinary Clinic goes above and beyond to genuinely care for my dog. Dr. Cahill is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions and explain her recommendations thoroughly. Every staff member we have interacted with has treated both me and my dog with kindness, patience, and respect. My dog loves going in for appointments and getting spoiled with treats, love, and attention! I trust DVC with my dog's health and recommend them to others!
Our visit was absolutely amazing! It was so wonderful being able to go directly into the exam room and not have to wait in the waiting room with my nervous cat. The vet and nurse both also gave her the space she needed and did their best to make her feel calm and comfortable. We were in and our super quick, which I cannot express how much I appreciate with my cat's temperament! Thank you to all who helped!"

First, you are independent and not part of the big corp. vet offices, one of which wanted to do an unnecessary operation on an 8 mo. old puppy. So glad we sought you out and got a second opinion.
