Edit: I contacted the clinic about this policy in April and received a prompt reply from their clinical director, apologizing and refunding my fee. I've moved from 1 to 3 stars. This place is amazing! I've seen several different therapists here over the past 5 years. I've been with Lauren Gilland this past year and she has helped me so much.
I've had a great experience here! Queer-friendly practice with a diverse group of therapists ranging in skillsets.
