I called earlier that week to get my springs installed and they said i could just bring it in without an appointment. dropped it off at 10 am and picked my car up at around 4 pm. did a great job, excellent customer service, got the job done fast, and was fairly cheap. other shops were quoting me nearly 1000 dollars for an alignment and lowering spring install while they only quoted 600 including the alignment and everything. car looks great and overall i’m satisfied
Upd. I went to another service where they did the wheel alignment for $95, so you guys were completely wrong and charged me double the price. They were also able to adjust the camber on the Sprinter, even though you told me it couldn't be done on Sprinters. You couldn't even provide me with a printout of the work performed. The price is high considering that they adjusted the toe, but didn’t perform the camber alignment. I paid $195. They said that camber adjustment isn’t possible on a Sprinter.
