Just started taking my son to Susie @ Dallas Stretch Four Life, to help aid him in his mobility/flexibility, recovery and performance in football. She is so kind, knowledgable, and just did a fantastic job explaining to him and us, what issues she could spot right off the bat, how she was going to address them, tips and exercises he can do outside of his appointments to maximize his results and recovery. Susie is amazing! I was having pain in my back and thought I was just getting old. Susie was able to completely alleviate my pain with some adjustments and stretches. Give Susie a try before you needless suffer with aches and pains or sports injuries.

Susie is wonderful! Her ability to listen… troubleshoot… And provide relief is magic. I recently went in with a tweaked hamstring and within just a few days it was so much better. I just finished a ski trip that I was afraid I was not going to be able to do but was able to ski with no pain.
