Mel is the best! I’m so grateful I found such a capable, educated, and kind Sports Massage therapist who can really fix your back and physical injuries or pains! In addition to effective deep tissue massage, Mel’s dry needling and chiropractic adjustments have helped me so much! And he has great energy so it’s like emotional therapy as well getting to see him :) Highly recommend!
I hadn’t been able to run in 7 years and I did (2) half marathons in December, after receiving treatments and strengthening programs from Mel at Dallas Sports Recovery. I fully trust his knowledge and experience, and highly recommend him.
Renting a hypoxico machine to help acclimate before my trip to CO as I am an avid skier. They were knowledgeable about their equipment, kindly walked me through the use of the machine, gave me a guide for reference in case, and brought it to my car for me. I was able to rent on short notice, which was nice.
It has been about 4 months since my last visit, and I wanted to ensure sufficient time had passed to evaluate the treatment plan's effectiveness. Originally, Mel said he would resolve this simple problem in 2 visits. I completed 3 visits to be thorough, but the problem still persists despite following all prescribed directions.
