5 stars. The manager truly went above and beyond for me. She called me personally to make sure everything would be ready for my arrival, quickly helped with my lock, access, refund, and lease paperwork, and was incredibly responsive the entire time. You rarely get this kind of customer service anymore — it genuinely felt like family treatment. Super helpful, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!
My dad stored things here from out of state for 10 years with minimal spiders or mold
Great staff, many units and types, easy access, I even upgraded to a larger unit over the years. Never had any problems. And if you are looking to rent a spot and need a trailer to haul your stuff they have one available too! Pricing and payments are reasonable and simple as well. I’ve had many units at other locations and Dallas Secure Storage has been my favorite by far.
I love this place Cody is absolutely fantastic to work with KNOWN him lol my whole life an he is just The Greatest person can't thank him enough an I look forward to working with him for years to come GOD BLESS HIM AN HIS AMAZING FAMILY 🙏
