When others turned the property away, Dallas pulled through. We had a flood damaged property in a bad flood zone in Oak Grove Kentucky, with limited options. We got connected with Dallas and he got to work right away. We got the deal closed less than 2 weeks after contacting him and it went very smooth. If you are hesitant to reach out, don't be. Dallas is very professional and quick to respond and provide clarity.
Very unprofessional marketing practices. This realtor sends unsolicited text messages to people who have never requested their services or expressed interest in working with them. Spamming potential clients is not a good way to build trust or establish a professional reputation. I would not recommend doing business with someone who uses these types of marketing tactics.
