Prior to the pandemic, I entrusted this entity with my son and received remarkable results. The staff was very patient, hospitable, and confident in their profession. I’ve recently called to have my son reevaluated as he has matured and has areas for improvement, only to receive a lack of customer service and very poor communication which has cost me time and money.
