I am disappointed at myself that I initially offered Kimberly Mchugh 5 stars in the Cigna system. While she was very sympathetic in the appointment, and was willing to listen to my concerns, when it came down to it, and I asked for a peer review regarding my sleep study and getting the daytime sleep study done at the same time, she refused to do so. Her sympathy was not there, and was just to get me to sell the initial sleep study, and refer me off to another doctor in their network.
Dr Joseph is excellent!! Super caring, great bedside manner, listens and is extremely knowledgeable.

Moved from California and needed a new pulmonologist. I have excellent insurance. Gave me the run-around for three days saying I needed a referral from my California pulmonologist. California doctors send referral and medical records. They then turn me down saying I need a referral from a primary care physician. I have a referral from a Pulmonologist!! Better than a primary care physician!!
