We have used Dallas Property Management to manage our rental properties since 2020. They are wonderful. Doug is very knowledgeable and responsive. He promptly addresses any issues with the tenants and responds to any questions or concerns we have without delay. He makes it easy and worry free to be a landlord.

DPM has been managing my rental property for over a year, for almost everything they're great. Our roof got damaged in a storm in April and their company did a fantastic job on helping us handle our insurance company. Their roofer subcontractors are great. Paperwork, tax info, and tenant payments have been great too, I'm blessed that the first tenant they found has been my only one.
Great service and highly professional. Would personally recommend!!
