These guys only charge $99 a month to "manage" properties. That's why you see a lot of landlords loving it, but it's a nightmare for tenants. Slow to repair things because they have to get the landlords permission and payment. DPMPs collected my deposit money, but when it was time to move out, the landlord ended their contract with them. They acted like they were not responsible for returning my deposit even though it was paid to them. I'm having to file suit in JP court. Avoid their properties.

I use to own 3 rental properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area between 2006 and 2021, and had unpleasant experiences with 3 prior property managers before selecting Dallas Property Mgt. My property manager's name was Doug Furra. I took a chance with this company considering they charge only $79/mo. per property, less than my prior property managers. Doug, was the manager of the property I leased in Fort Worth, I had circumstances change and was able to successfully get out of my lease early due to Doug’s team and efforts to find a new tenant within 2 weeks of my request. In addition to that he handled all matters related to the property immediately. To conclude, I was returned all of my deposit and treated fairly. I highly recommend any property Doug manages.

I met Doug online in April 2017 since we are a remote owner. Doug has been managing our rental house since then. It was a very nice experience. Doug has been very professional and effective all along. He apparently knows what he is doing. We just got a new tenant and lease within a few days of notification by the current tenant. Doug always listens and acts promptly on any request I have. We are so lucky to have such a dependable PM since we cannot come to the house ourselves. Highly recommend! Peter Yao
