I called for a checkup for my daughter, no one answered so I was directed to leave a voice mail, so I did. I restarted my phone and when it turned on, I received a voice mail asking me to call them back to speak to one of the MA. so I called back, someone answered and asked how she can help- I got a chance to say why I'm calling. She said "please hold" I said "no problem" I wait around 9 minutes and she answers back and says "pediatrics please hold" then quickly places me back on hold. Es una excelente Clinica, la Dra. Ghaffar Y su equipo han cuidado la salud de mis hijos desde su nacimiento ya hace 15 años, muy agradecida ...
We love Dr Ghaffar, she saw our firstborn through the first 3 years of his life and we were hoping to continue with our newborn, however the office staff is not cordial and nearly impossible to get ahold of. I have tried calling nearly a dozen times to get our 3 month old a sick appointment but was continuously put on hold and even hung up on. I am now trying to call and get their medical records sent over to the pediatrician we are switching to but I am once again continuously being put on hold and being hung up on.
