I called for a checkup for my daughter, no one answered so I was directed to leave a voice mail, so I did. I restarted my phone and when it turned on, I received a voice mail asking me to call them back to speak to one of the MA. so I called back, someone answered and asked how she can help- I got a chance to say why I'm calling. She said "please hold" I said "no problem" I wait around 9 minutes and she answers back and says "pediatrics please hold" then quickly places me back on hold.
