I bought a White Bellied caique from Dallas Parrots. They were very professional and he came along with tons of food and plenty of toys. Picked him up at LAX. They kept in contact with me constantly which shows how much they care about their babies. Love this little parrot so much.
Working with Dallas Parrots on getting our sun conure red factor was very easy and they are extremely helpful! They let us know that once the sale was finished their customer service would continue! I have any questions or concerns I am just to call them! As a new bird owner that was very comforting! They walked me through all of the care that would be needed and how to hand feed. Thank you so much for an easy transaction and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Absolutely more than satisfied with our experience. We bought a beautiful Indian Ringneck Parrot named Neelu, her temperament is extremely calm and you can tell she has been more than well taken care of her entire life. I couldn't be more happier with our choice in her and the shop we got her from. All the birds there were all happy, healthy, and alert! These people know what they're doing and are very honest down to earth people. Highly recommended!!! Thank you guys so so so much I love her so much already!!!
This place is absolutely amazing. They put their heart and soul into their birds and it shows. We found the love of our life here. A seven month old Alexandrine. We were helped every step of the way. We bought an Amazon parrot from Dallas Parrots & I must say it was a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The store is spotless with a large variety of birds & everything a bird could need. The cages are well kept. The transaction was easy & quick. We will definitely be back for anything our new family member needs.
I absolutely loved the entire experience. I have been wanting a Macaw for a couple of years and finally decided to go through the buying process. I found this store through a Google search and saw that they had Macaws for sale. I enjoyed how I did not feel pressured to make a decision and the owners wanted to make sure I felt comfortable handling and feeding my macaw before I took her home with me. We had an amazing experience buying a Red Bellied Parrot for our daughter from Dallas Parrots. The store was very aesthetically pleasing, super clean and carried a huge selection of birds, bird foods, and all kinds of bird accessories. They are very friendly, accommodating, experienced and made sure to educate our daughter every moment of the way. Highly recommend!
