Had an appointment which took a long time to make to see Bishoy, then at the last minute they cancelled my appointment! The staff are pathetic and never at the desk, you have shout to get them to come. When you call it always goes to voicemail. Never get a return call after leaving a message. The stingy doctor can't afford to hire someone to answer the phone. I would definitely not recommend this lousy crummy doctor!
I was referred here by my chiropractor. Set up the appt over the phone, went into to see the doctor only to be told by front desk that I had no appointment. Dr refused to squeeze me in between appointments. Would not recommend.
The name of the clinic Pain Consultants is a misrepresentation. I saw Dr Michaels for chronic shoulder pain from a fall over a year ago. He said there was nothing he can do for me. What a crock! I do not recommend this clinic for pain management.
Absolutely run from this place. I would give zero stars. They asked me some questions and called in gabapentin for an 11 week long sciatica. THEY BILLED UNITED HEALTH CARE $2,271.00. TOTAL SCAM !!!
Dr. Michaels is amazing and listens to the patients needs!
