I strongly recommend finding ANY other irrigation repair company in town than this one! I needed a new control panel, they installed one and wired it all wrong..had to wait a month for them to come out and repair. The owner, *********************, called me the next day and acknowledged the error and that they would work with me on the bill..when he finally got his invoice ready for payment and month later, he had no recollection of speaking with me or the error on their part. Contacted Dallas North to fox a sprinkler leak the technician came out said he fixed it and collected $300. The leak was not fixed. Contacted the business and was told that employee no longer worked there and had an appt on 5/11/2022 at 4:30 my husband took off of work early to be here, at 5:30 a text is received that the owner isnt coming.I contacted him to tell him that only a coward with no communication skills would text an hour after the appt time and not call. ***** the owners attitude was horrific and said he was not ... read more

We recently had Dallas North Lawn Sprinklers install a completely new sprinkler system for our yard and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Barry was super responsive and worked well with our schedule. The price he quoted was very reasonable and he made great suggestions to save us even more money!
