I was given a stat referral for a head scan as I have been possibly been having mini-strokes caused by a PFO, and this office has put off my STAT referral which has put my health at risk. Because I have diagnosed anxiety, they are not taking my real heart condition that could possibly be causing mini-strokes, seriously. Do not go here. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chen since 2018, he’s always taken care of me. He does not over medicate and always has my best interest in mind. My brother has now become a patient of his because of how good he’s been.

The office of Dr.Chen are very helpful and always prompt to assist with any questions that need high priority attention. Mary has been a Godsend to me. My migraines are disabling. Emgality has given me back peace of mind along with relief beyond measure. Mary has made my life easier through the process from start to finish. I have been seeing Dr Chen for 14+ years now and he is such a great doctor. He’s so friendly and personable. He has always made sure my treatment is exactly where it needs to be. I have never had any issues with him or his staff. I highly recommend him. I live in Plano next to a hospital that likely has several neurologists and drive 30 mins one way to see Dr Chen and I will continue to do so.
