A pleasant experience turned into a nightmare when the "in stock" mattress we purchased failed to show up on the delivery date and no one called. After multiple attempts to make contact we were told "oops" it actually wasn't in stock "mistake at warehouse" but they could order a new one with unspecified delivery date and give us a "loaner" mattress (yuch) in the meantime.
