He charges to a debit card so w went to get the cash to pay for a lawn mower. Offered to pay a deposit, so he would hold it. He told us not to worry about it. When we got back 30 minutes later with cash in hand he was selling it to someone else. Very bad practice. Will never spend a penny with this company.
RecommendedThey have become my preferred dealer for my company. They broke their necks to make sure I have everything I wanted/ needed. Their prices are better than everyone else, not to mention their customer service. You won't get the same service going to any one of the local dealers around town. Redmax + Gravely= Best jobs completed.

Service stoped with the sale! Very disappointed, no customer service
I have purchased 3 Gravely mowers, 3 Redmax Blowers, a Redmax Weedeater, and a 4 gal. pump sprayer from Dallas Mower and have always be treated fair. Lance goes out of his way to make sure my mowers are fixed as quickly as possible since I used them to make a living. Dallas Mower blows away Lost Mountain Outdoor when it comes to customer service and quality. Thanks Lance for all your help.
They are very unprofessional and have no customer service. I took my lawn mower to them yesterday and they call me today and tell me it needs a piston and they wasn't gonna fix and then told me I owe them $42.99 and I had a week to come pick it up or they was gonna throw it in their junk pile out back. Really that's not how you treat your paying customers. But obviously Dallas mowers does!!! They will never get my business again.
