Excellent service!!! Hours before I had to get on the road, for my son's college graduation, I learned I needed crutches. The owner, Shanna went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even addressed a hiccup we had with the manufacturer. I'm so impressed with her and her friendly staff. Highly recommend. I would give more stars if I could.
We were traveling and discovered my husband had left the reservoir to his C-pap machine at home. All it took was a phone call and they had a new reservoir found and delivered to the door where we were staying! Amazing customer service!
We were working with another medical equipment and not getting anything even after almost a week. DME was called a provided same day service. Even though they were busy they were so nice and helpful. I am so grateful I highly recommend!!!!
