Tess was professional, kind and prompt. Like having a friend wax you. Will be visiting her beautiful, quiet office again .
Tess is a pretty good waxer. BUT, once she learned that I do web/graphic design offered me a fee to enhance her online presence. I did this for her, never received my fee, and never heard from her again.
