Wish I could recommend DLL. However, we recently lost an outdoor TV due to a poor installation and the weather. The DLL team came back out to re-install the ceiling mounted bracket which was appreciated. The sales manager Jimmy came out to inspect and ensure the job was done correctly. Upon inspection and the obvious broken mount (and TV) the initial install was severely inadequate with only 2 of the 4 mounting bolts installed, and only using a 1/4” bolt and 1/4” screw to hold up a 65” TV.
