I have been needing to get an appraisal for a bracelet my husband had bought me and had been putting if off. After researching online, I called the number for Dallas Jewelry Appraisal and reached Howard. He couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating and got me in that same afternoon. I actually ended up brining three items to get appraised and he did all three while I was there. He was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I learned a few things and will definitely be going back to see him for all my jewelry needs.

Knowledgeable, personable and professional. Howard provides world-class service backed by decades of experience and personal certification. Other local area providers want to keep your jewelry for days or weeks, often shipping it off-site, which you should NEVER risk with anything of value. Howard was very flexible, and was able to appraise my wife’s engagement ring on short notice AND on New Year’s Eve. He is very personable and mentioned that his office provides other services such as ring resizing, which we will definitely be back for.
