After 8 years of struggling with infertility, I was referred to Dr. Barnett. The team at Dallas IVF Frisco is amazing! From the front desk staff always being a welcoming face. The ultrasound techs for being thorough and patient when I asked so many questions, this process is scary, but you always were encouraging and put me at ease! Best IVF doctor. Nurses are so wonderful, Doctor Barnett is great and complete transparent, which is what you need. Wouldn’t change a thing. Having a girl.
Did an HSG with Dr. Ku Nov 2024; he was nice for the very short interaction i had with him so can't say too much about him; but the whole experience was traumatizing. Booking the appointment to begin with was a nightmare. The actual appointment was a nightmare. Dr. Barnett never remembered who I was or what we talked about from the appointment before. Every appointment/discussion was SO rushed and high level I always left confused and like I never understood what the next steps were. The entire office staff seems miserable, like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. They never called to schedule follow-up appointments.
