Dr. Cornelius is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She is so sweet, caring, professional and actually listens to me. I know she reviews all my notes before we talk/meet because when we do it's like not a day went by. She follows up on every little/major thing we talked about months before. I truly feel that because of her, I am so much better at taking care of my health. Highly recommend her to anyone.
Stay away. Dallas Health Partners market themselves as holistic providers so they can upcharge you. Dr. Chung’s staff charged for bloodwork I did not consent to receiving eg. COVID antibodies which was unrelated to my presenting complaint so insurance could not cover it. Billing never called me back to discuss the charge. Office manager was unwilling to reprocess the claim, provide an explanation of why these services were rendered, or indicate any practice policy about this and other tests that were performed that I did not... read more
Dr. Cornelius is amazing, she is patient, flexible and genuine. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and I recommend her if you’re looking for a new PCP. Roxanne is part of the front office staff and she is always sweet and helpful. My other experiences with the front office staff have not been pleasant, Alice, the nurse that works for Dr. C, always has a rude tone and rushes the phone calls with me. I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month for my finance and I. I have submitted more than 3 requests for an appointment and still have not heard anything back.
Have been going here for over a year and Dr Cornelius is very helpful in managing all aspects of my healthcare. It's nice to have a one stop shop and she also knows when something is beyond her purview and should be referred out. Have also had good experience with the PA, I believe I saw Allison. All of the providers are good listeners and I never feel like I'm being rushed out
